Though upon second glance this Vitamixer looks like a professional blender, it is primarily for home use. It’s a countertop blender with amazing stainless steel blades. The motor, which is about 2 horse power, can make this variable speed blender blades reach speeds of about 240 miles per hour. The entire Vitamix Blender is made out of metal, so it’s sure to be very durable. The speed controls all vary, so you can adjust them accordingly, depending on what you’re trying to make and the consistency you would like it to be

This Vitamix Blender model comes with everything you need to use the blender but there are additional accessories that can be purchased to complete your cooking experience.

- I was looking for a blender that could also cover the jobs that my food-processor does, but unfortunately, this model does not come with the necessary blades and controls to handle those types of jobs. However, I am still considering this blender because of its reliability and its good ratings.

The reason why this particular blender was chosen to help train cooks is because there are not many other blenders out there that can reach the same speeds or produce the same results that this blender can. How much does this Vitamix Blender model cost?
This model is not carried on the Vitamix website (but is available at the link below and at tons of other retailers) , but they do carry a similar one (model 5200) for $450. The only huge different between these models is that the 5200 doesn’t have the CIA branding on it, and they come with different recipe books and instructional DVDs. On Amazon, you can buy the 1363 for about $500. The difference in price is mostly due to the fact that the 5200 doesn’t come with the peace of mind that comes with the CIA name attached to it.
What about a warranty for this Vitamix Blender CIA model? This blender comes with a 7-year warranty! This is definitely a blender that I am considering for my new kitchen. It’s something that will greatly help me with creating awesome meals for my family. It may seem like it’s a little pricey, but it’s worth it when you think about all the things you can make with a blender that has so much power!
